Opening ceremony of Natura 2000 exhibition in Ulcinj

Ulcinj, 26 April 2012 - NGO Green Home, in cooperation with the NGO Green Step had organized the fourth exhibition of Natura 2000 photographs in the Cultural Center in Ulcinj. Representatives of both organizations Mrs. Natasa Kovacevic, NGO Green Home and Mr. Dzelal Hodzic from NGO Green Step at the opening speeches stressed the importance of protected areas in Montenegro, as well as the need of their adequate valorization. It was also emphasized that sites identified as future Natura 2000 are representing the ecological network of habitats as the most important of all European Union responses for concerns about the irreversible destruction of valuable natural resources.
