This law grants a third country privileged status in the management and use of the most valuable state assets, while simultaneously violating Montenegro\u2019s obligations in the European Union accession process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This act does not represent development; rather, it is a step backward toward legal insecurity and non-transparent processes that go against the interests of Montenegro\u2019s citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the majority that passed this law be certain that we will not remain silent while state resources, land, and sovereignty are made available without clear criteria, public debate, or adherence to democratic procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continue to expose the questionable dealings of this government, demand accountability, and protect the public interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be the voice of citizens, experts, and all those who believe in a state founded on law, justice, and European values.
