{"id":9447,"date":"2024-07-10T12:21:31","date_gmt":"2024-07-10T12:21:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greenhome.co.me\/?p=9447"},"modified":"2024-07-10T12:21:34","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T12:21:34","slug":"invitation-to-students-to-participate-in-the-environmental-camp-in-the-grebaje-valley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greenhome.co.me\/en\/invitation-to-students-to-participate-in-the-environmental-camp-in-the-grebaje-valley\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation to students to participate in the environmental camp in the Grebaje Valley"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NGO Green Home is pleased to announce that this year an educational-ecological camp in the Grebaje valley will be organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like last year, Green Home, in cooperation with INCA from Albania and ERA from Kosovo, is organizing a five-day ecological camp that will be held within the National park Accursed Mountains, in the Grebaje valley, from 09th till 13th September 2024, for students from Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accursed Mountains National Park is adorned with unique beauty and values, but the fact that makes this area even more special is the fact that it is located on the border of neighboring countries. Precisely because of this, the camp aims to improve knowledge and exchange experiences among students of biology and related sciences from Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo, with a special focus on biodiversity and nature protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The camp program has been carefully designed to include a large number of activities through which students and nature lovers will have the opportunity to learn about the value of untouched nature. During the camp, participants will have the opportunity to attend expert lectures on three key topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Balkan lynx &#8211; importance and threats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing the Natura 2000 network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damn &#8211; Importance of biodiversity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, the camp program will include field activities, visits to natural and cultural heritage sites, hiking tours, practical work, as well as free time for socializing and unique adventures in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The camp will last five days, and all participants are provided with camping equipment, transportation and food. The number of places is limited, so it is important that interested participants register on time and send their motivation for participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications are open from July 1st, 2024 and will be opened until September 1st, 2024 until the end of the day.
