NGO Green Home held a training for entrepreneurial talents and/or startups in agriculture at the M-tel digital factory in Podgorica on Thursday, November 23.
The training was intended for all those who are thinking or starting to engage in entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture.
The first part of the training was focused on entrepreneurship in the sense of the possibility to recognize, develop and act in the direction of entrepreneurial opportunities in the organizational environment and the effective role of entrepreneurship in the formation and growth of new companies. Entrepreneurs Nikola Novović (Urban Farmers), Dejan Zejak (Geo Eco-Eco Agro) and Boris Jabučanin (Effective Microorganisms) spoke to the participants about this topic, as well as about communication in terms of the ability to initiate interpersonal communication and translate complex ideas for different audiences.
The second part of the training was focused on the practical work of the participants in groups, with thematic focus on: business modeling, sales, marketing and discovery of customers. With mentoring support, training participants during their work in groups had the opportunity to improve their knowledge in these four areas, as well as in the area of startups, to get a good incentive to continue thinking in the direction of further development of ideas, as well as to develop possible collaborations in the future.
The training is part of the activities that we implement in cooperation with EIT Food CLC North East sp.z.o.o., which aim to organize training for talented entrepreneurs and/or startups in agriculture, as well as networking of the agricultural innovative ecosystem.
